Not all window companies are the same.

Hi, my name is Brandon. I've been in the window business for 20 years. Here are a few reasons folks choose me to install their windows:

  • Do you need aluminum, composite, slide or dual pane windows? I'll help you choose the right windows for your project, even if it means I make less.
  • You'll get everything in writing. No hidden costs or surprises.
  • As a licensed contractor, I can help with any additional, unexpected issues that might come up. Water damage? Rotting wood? I can handle it - no need to hire someone else.
  • Every window  comes with my personal "5-Year Workmanship Guarantee" - if you have issues with installation, let me know and I'll come out and fix them at no cost to you.

Here's How We Work:

1. Request A Free Quote

First, let us know what you need help with. We'll help you decide which windows actually need replacing, which windows you should get, and give you an estimate in writing.

2. We Custom Order Your New Windows

Once you order your windows, we'll let you know when they arrive and set a time to install them for you. Typical installation can be done in 24 hours or less once the windows arrive.

3. Final Walkthrough and Approval

After installation we'll walk through the entire project and make sure everything is right. We don't complete the project until you're 100% satisfied.

Common Questions:

How much do windows cost?

The cost of windows is determined primarily by the window type and quantity, and consists of the base material plus installation fees. When you request a quote, we'll ask you the right questions to determine what you need, and give you a qoute usually in 2-3 days.

How long does installation take?

Usually it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the windows to arrive after we submit the order. Once the windows arrive, it usually takes about 24 hours to install them.

What if you find water damage or rotting around the window frame?

Because we have our contractor's license we can fix any structural damage or issues if we find them. We'll let you know up front how much it'll cost and fix it for you. There's no need to contact another company.

What does the 5-year workmanship guarantee cover?

The 5-year workmanship guarantee applies only to workmanship performed by Wasatch Peak Exteriors.

It covers any defects caused directly by Wasatch Peak Exteriors under normal residential use, including installation defects, water intrusion, improper flashing, installation-related operational issues, and any labor reasonably necessary to correct a qualifying workmanship defect.

This warranty is in addition to the window manufacturer's warranty, which covers any issues related to the window itself.

Aren't all window companies basically the same?

Most window installers operate as specialized subcontractors whose licenses limit them to a narrow scope of work, meaning they can't legally repair underlying structural damage such as rotted walls.

Wasatch Peak Exteriors, on the other hand, is a licensed contractor, meaning we can hand handle structural repairs, water damage remediation, siding, doors, and window installations. What this means for you is that if we find water damage or rotting, you won't have to find, vet, and manage another subcontractor. We can handle it for you.
